12/3/19 including "Ringing the Bells"
I ran a few errands before arriving at FREEDOM CHURCH. I stopped a few times to take pictures of the snow on the trees.
I wrapped and bagged some small gifts for the CONNECT CHRISTMAS LUNCHEON which is coming up. Only six people attended LIFE GROUP. Betty and I left early to head to TOPS for our two hour shift ringing bells for the SALVATION ARMY. I stopped at the VILLAGE EATERY for a slice of pizza on the way to TOPS.
Our shift was from noon until two p.m. I wore the wrong shoes (my Bean Boots), so my feet were killing me. I saw Sheila working at one of the checkout counters and hoped to have a chance to talk to her, but I didn't. I left as soon as Ronnie arrived to relieve me but Betty stayed a bit longer.
