 SUNDAY:  I didn't make it to nine a.m. church at FREEDOM NORTH this morning.  Lori came over at a little bit after eleven a.m. and I drove us to Newfane for the APPLE HARVEST FESTIVAL. It started at ten a.m. but we arrived at about eleven thirty and it was so crowded.  I left Lori off at a convenient spot since we couldn't find any handicapped parking spots.  I found a spot not too far away. We decided to have lunch first.  We had to wait in line to get our food.  I had chowder and a piece of cherry pie.  Both were delicious.  While having our lunch we started talking to a woman named Erica.  When I took our trash to throw away, she took my seat and was sitting across from Lori when I returned to the table.  I introduced us and got her name (Erica) and suggested that she hang out with us while waiting for her friend that she was waiting for.  She agreed.  Her friend did not show up, so she spent the rest of the afternoon with us.  The highlight of the festival is the CIVIL WAR

 Sunday:  Church was very good. It was VISION SUNDAY. The LIFE GROUP FAIR was held after church ended.  Mary was taking care of the Cindi's table.  Jan and I signed up for the TUESDAY MORNING Ladies Life Group.  We start a new topic in a couple of weeks.  Jan, Betty, Glenda and I went to LaPort's for lunch.  I had the small pork roast dinner.  I brought part of it home with me. I spent the rest of the day at home, I did some cleaning and straightening up, rested, watched TV and made a batch of CHEX MIX.  I will take some of it, along with the ORIGINAL recipe (which I used) to the celebration for Laura on Tuesday evening.  I made banana pancakes for my supper.  MONDAY the 18th:   Betty did not come over for DAZE  But Peggy and I watched part three.  I decided to NOT go to the Y today because I did not sleep much last night.  I took an early nap, starting around two p.m. and I think I slept about a full hour.  I felt much more human after getting up.  I didn't do a heck of a

 SUNDAY the 10th:  I went to church, which was very good.  The topic was: and then out to lunch with Lori and Marlene, at Kalamata's.  I had the turkey dinner.  I spent the rest of the day at home.  I talked with Mary and Peggy on the phone.  I did a bit of cleaning and straightening because tomorrow morning, Peggy and Betty are coming over to watch a Jack Hibbs video.   MONDAY:  September 11th, 2023, Betty, Peg and I met up at my house and watched the first of three videos of Jack Hibbs. speaking about DAZE OF DECEPTION.  It is excellent and we decided to meet again on Wednesday to watch part 2.   Then I went to the Y for the class for seniors called ENHANCE FITNESS.  We were all evaluated as to our speed doing certain activities.  Before leaving, I asked both Jan and Elaine if they wanted to go to LKPT ENERGY HOUSE for a shake.  They agreed, so we met up there.  While we were relaxing and drinking our shakes Captain Kendra D'Itillio of the Lockport Police came in and we chatt
