 SUNDAY:  Church was especially good this morning.  It was HOLOCAUST REMEMBRANCE SUNDAY, and Pastor Craig did  wonderful job.  After church Marlene, Glenda, Louise, Marsha and her daughter Colleen and I went to PANERA's for lunch.  I had the tomato soup and grilled cheese combo, and also bought an orange scone.  Good thing I got the scone since the other items were very small, and really not all that good.  Before leaving, I invited Marlene to come over tonight for a light supper and a movie.  She agreed and we set six p.m.  I went to ALDI before going home and got a few items I needed. When I got home, I set the table and sliced the zucchini and took the polish sausage out of the freezer to thaw out.  Then I took a nap.  When I got up, I completed preparations for supper.  SUNDAY:  I stayed in bed longer than I should have so I had to move quickly in without taking a break in order to get ready for church in time.  Even so, I got this past weeks trash ready to go out later on in the day.  I even had time to stop at RiteAid and pick up my Flonase on the way to church. RiteAid messed up again, only having one months supply ready.  I asked the male clerk (who has awful hair) if they had any record of my doctor sending in a request for a new prescription for a THREE month supply and he checked and saw that they did, so they were able to give me a three month supply with me only waiting a couple of minutes.  When I got to church I gave Peg the fifty dollars I owe her and David for paying my way into THE TUNNELS and supper at the Amherst Buffet.  When church let out, Marlene, Dee, Glenda and I went to Applebees for lunch.  I had the grilled chicken which was very good, and I brought some home.  I spent the rest of t...

 SUNDAY:  Church was good.  Glenda, Dee, Andrea and I had lunch together at THE OLIVE LEAF.  I had suggested APPLEBEE'S but Dee said she thought it would be crowded and loud due to all of the televisions and the BILLS game.  I had a burger and fries.  I spent the rest of the day at home, napping, resting, watching TV and working on my homework for Tuesdays Life Group.  I uploaded pictures from yesterday's trip to "the tunnels".  Also, I organized a box of gift bags, Christmas cards, tags, bows, etc.  Basically, it just looks less disorganized and I have a better idea of what is in the box.   MONDAY the 13th:  I met up with Cindi at the Taylor Theatre at the Kenan Center.  A WW2 and POW camp survivor spoke.  He was born in 1924 and enlisted when he was 18 and he was in the Army Air Corps.  His talk was very interesting.  There were empty seats in the theatre but there were a lot of people there, including a c...

 SUNDAY the Fifth:  After church, Marlene, Glenda, Louise and I went to the Davison Road Inn for their brunch buffet.  It is not all that great, and they have eliminated a couple of items since the last time I was there.  When I got home, I called Elizabeth and asked her if she wanted to come over to my house for supper.  She did not sound at all enthused, so I told her that it is fine if she does not feel up to it. I told her I will freeze a portion of COWBOY BEAN SOUP to give to her later and that she and I will get together soon.  I vacuumed the kitchen, dining area and living room floors since they needed it after me sorting through all of my Christmas decorations yesterday.  I got together my first quarter order of OTC items, after calling UNIVERA to find out how much my monthly benefit is this year.  I called Cassandra in the evening and we talked for close to a half an hour.  Karen called to let me know that she WILL be joining us at t...
