SOUP STROLL in Williamsville, NY

A few days ago, Betty brought up the idea of going to the SOUP STROLL
in Williamsville on Saturday.  I agreed.  We asked Marlene and Pam if they wanted to join us.  Pam had something else going on today and Marlene had to wait to see about what her son wanted to do, since he had mentioned going to this event with her.  Unfortunately, Betty got sick and could not go.  Marlene and I met up at Faith Tab at eleven and she drove.

The soups were offered in places that were within walking distance of where we parked.  We stopped first at the IRISHMAN Restaurant since this was one of the locations where maps could be picked up.  Unfortunately, they were not real maps, but were lists of the soups, restaurants and addresses. We headed towards Elderwood first, stopping at Apple Wood Cafe along the way.  We had a great time...……………...we sampled eight soups.  The best was Cheeseburger Soup at Elderwood.

A couple of the places were out of soup when we got there.  Seven of the soups we tried were within walking distance of where we parked.   Then we drove to Andersons but they were almost out of soup, too.  Marlene got the last of their Hungarian Mushroom Soup.

After that, we went to Eastern Hills Mall where Marlene needed to get some items from Bath and Body Works.

It was a fun afternoon.
