Fourth of July, 2019, with Mary Anne
Mary Anne and I had breakfast at her hotel. Then we went to her house where we sorted through some of her items, discarding many.
I wanted to do something fun for the FOURTH OF JULY, so I suggested we go to the Dipson Theatre to see YESTERDAY. We had a late lunch at OLIVE GARDEN,
and then went to Bowmansville to see the SACRED HEART SHRINE. It is beautiful.
We arrived at the theatre a half hour early so I walked around the mall, while Mary Anne rested. I saw a huge sale at NEW YORK AND COMPANY and purchased these distressed jeans. Regularly $69 but on sale for ten dollars!
Back in Lockport, we went to Wendy's and Mary Anne picked up a salad to take back to her hotel. I passed Betty on Prospect Street and she turned around and came to the house to set up a time to go to the fireworks. She had an errand to run and returned to pick me up.
We found a good spot to set up her chairs. I got an ice cream cone at LAKE EFFECT ICE CREAM. The fireworks were fair to good.
It was a long day and I was exhausted.

The movie was very good.
