DAY AFTER THANKSGIVING 2020

I was puttering around the house, picking up and organizing things for Carrie's visit home when Betty called saying that she wanted to go for a walk.  I told her that I had to go out and buy milk and go to NW Bank but after that we could meet up.  I went to Niagara Produce and NorthWest Bank and came home and called her and we agreed to meet up at the parking area kind of across from Widewaters.

We had a nice walk, heading east.  I took a few pictures.  We wondered why there were so many cars in this spot and when we got up close we could see that it is a Christmas tree farm.

This is in someones yard.  Betty said she thinks it is supposed to be a chicken.  It is huge.
  We saw this rower...............rowing backwards.

I arrived home and prepared lunch:  a turkey, stuffing and cranberry sauce sandwich on French Peasant Bread, squash, macaroni and cheese, a devilled egg and a small piece of both cherry and banana cream pie.

Carrie arrived home at noon.  She was very happy!  She had Thanksgiving leftovers for her supper and enjoyed her meal.

Peg and David came over later on to see Carrie.  Unfortunately, most of the time they were here, Peg was on the phone with the two pastors of our church.   One of our members has been diagnosed to have COVID and several senior citizens were exposed to him during a Life Group in the Grout's home a week ago tonight.  SOOOOOOOOOOOO  leadership is in the process of making a decision about Sunday.

Myrna called and we talked for a while.  She was at the Grouts house the night of the Life Group.
