Monday, June 21st, 2021 and Tuesday June 22nd

I went to WalMart this morning and returned one pair of jeans and the two t-shirts I purchased last week since they do not fit well.  I purchased two chair cushions and a box of ten small flags and some pandemic supplies that were marked way down.  I went to the library and read the recent newspapers.  Carol Kraft called me in the early afternoon and we talked for a while.

When I got up from my nap, I realized that it was Monday and decided to go to the Monday night car cruise but when I checked the fb page, I found that it was cancelled due to bad weather.

In the evening I talked to Pam on the phone.  I found a very good documentary on FILMRISE

COVER UP NORWAYS  NAZI SECRET about German soldiers, during WW2 breeding with Norwegian women in order to produce racially superior children.   It is a heartbreaking story for the children.

and then while scrolling through the documentaries I found THE ARMOR OF LIGHT about Rob Schenck. who was active in the PRO-LIFE movement in the 1990s which morphed into some violence.

I think it is on WATCH FREE FLIX,  I could not watch the whole thing, it was too late.

TUESDAY:
I went to the Ladies LIFE GROUP at Freedom Church this morning. There was quite a large group.  After it was over, most of us met at Wendy's for lunch.   Wendy's was short staffed and it took a long time for all of us to get our lunch.   Betty and I were asked to head up a hiking event for the group.  Betty suggested going to SPRING LAKE WINERY for a walk around the lake and lunch.  She took a couple of the ladies there to check it out after lunch.

In the evening, while I was eating supper, I decided it would be a good night for a walk.  I called Barb and she came over and we took a nice walk.  After that, I started making phone calls to family to SAVE THE DATE for Peggy's upcoming birthday party.
