SUNDAY the 28th:  I got a good amount of sleep last night, but in "shifts", the last shift ending at 9:45.  Betty called and asked if I need anything from the store, and I told her no.  I feel much better this morning than I did yesterday morning.  I watched the LIVE service at FREEDOM CHURCH by finding it on facebook and "casting" it to my TV.  I chatted on FB with Christa a little bit.  Gail and Peggy called to see if I need anything.  In the evening, I called Donna Swigger and we talked for a while.  I watched MISS SCARLETT and ALL CREATURES.  MONDAY the 29th:  I stayed in bed longer than usual this morning, even though I had sufficient sleep, and then I made myself a steak, egg and cheese breakfast sandwich for brunch.  I called NYSEG in order to have them clarify some things on my recent bills that I do not understand.  They were supposed to call me back but didn't.  I called Spectrum and a fellow named Robert helped me get my voicemail straightened out.

SUNDAY:   Church was good.  Glenda, Marlene and I went out for lunch at LaPorts.  I had the turkey dinner.  I spent the rest of the day at home, napping, doing homework for Life Group, and watching television.  I called Jan because she did not come to church this morning.  She said she didn't want to share her germs.   MONDAY the 22nd:  In the morning, I did laundry and changed the sheets on my bed.  I also did my homework for tomorrow's Life Group.  I picked Elaine up a little after two p.m. and took her to EXCELSIOR on Transit Road for her three p.m. physical therapy appointment.  We arrived few minutes early, but her therapist called her back early, so that worked out well.  Her PT took a full hour and I read my book:  DOUBLE JEOPARDY, which is a true crime story, by Bob Hill.  It is pretty good! After Elaine was finished with her PT, we headed back to Lockport.  We went to THE FIELDSTONE for an early supper.  We both had fish, from the specials list.  I remembered to use m

SUNDAY:    I woke up a little before eight a.m. to find that we really got a LOT of snow overnight.  Someone posted this on facebook.  Betty said she saw on TV that we had 14 inches, but it might not be quite that much.   I turned channel 2 to find out about cancellations.  There was a LONG list, but Freedom Church was not on the list.  I was sure that church would be cancelled.  I tried to reach Jan by phone since she asked me to call her in the morning regarding whether or not church was closed.  By nine a.m. Freedom was on the list and I tried to call her again.  I don't think her answering machine is working.  The closure was announced on Facebook. I was able to find it fairly easily. Jim Randall gave his testimony and it was really powerful.  The sermon was very good. The service was LIVE from Freedom South, and even offered a small worship group!  During the worship part, I wrote out the questions that I will need to answer for the Life Group homework on Tuesday.   I called

Sunday the 8th: Church was great.  After church, I spent the rest of the day at home.  I did my homework for this coming Tuesday's Life Group.  I talked to both Elaine and Marlene on the phone.  Elaine's sister Marsha left yesterday.  Marlene and I discussed the possibility of taking a trip during her week off from work.  I changed a few light bulbs. MONDAY the 8th:   I had my chiropractor appointment this morning and then I went to WalMart and picked up a few items.  I met up with Jan at the Y at 11:30 a.m. and we walked for close to close to an hour, but we took breaks.  After leaving the Y, I went first to THE DOLLAR TREE and then to the LKPT ENERGY HOUSE and got a shake, and then I got gas before going home.  I took an afternoon nap.  In the evening, Pam came over and we played a game of SCRABBLE.   I won!!!  We each had an ice cream cup (Ben and Jerry's) that I purchased at the Dollar Tree.   TUESDAY the 9th. It started snowing heavily a little while before it was tim
