Zucchini Crisps

I stayed home today and got some stuff accomplished.   Late morning I was making cookies for tomorrows CONNECT event when Betty knocked on my door. At the same time, the phone rang and it was Peggy.

I had a zucchini left over from the dinner I prepared the other night.  I sliced it thin and tossed with oil and then dipped each one in a mixture of garlic powder and bread crumbs.  I baked them on a rack on a cookie sheet.  450 degrees for about 22 minutes.  I liked them!
