WEEK OF SUNDAY, March 31st to Saturday April 5th, 2025
SUNDAY: After church, Marsha, her daughter Colleen, Lori and I decided to go out for lunch. We had a hard time deciding which place to go, but finally decided on DENNYS. I arrived first and the parking lot was NOT full, but as I waited for the others, people kept coming and I could see lots of tables waiting to be cleaned up and workers rushing around, so I decided that they were probably understaffed. I went back out to the parking lot to wait for the others. Marsha and Colleen drove in and I suggested we go to Arby's next door. They drove over, and I waited for Lori. She did not want to go to Arbys since she was there a day or so ago, so she and I decided to go to APPLEBEES, and I went over to Arbys to tell Marsha and Colleen, who had already ordered and were waiting for their food. I apologized for all the changes. Lori and I met up aet Applebees, and we both had the meal deal special, a drink fries and either a burger or chicken sandwich for ten dollars. After that I went to TOPS and Aldi to get food items for the ASP trip.
MONDAY: I called Panera and attempted to register a different credit card. It was taking forever and I finally had to tell the girl that I had to go because I had an appointment with Scott Ode at NorthWest Bank. Peggy arrived a couple of minutes before I left. I also went to the post office and Niagara Produce. After I got back, I made a four bean salad and cooked pasta for a macaroni salad, and boiled eggs for egg salad for sandwiches. Also, I had picked up a small package of ribs at Niagara Produce, so I put them in the crockpot. I took a nap, and then cooked up some leftover hash browns with peppers and onions and cheese and had those with the ribs and some four bean salad for supper. I worked more on getting my stuff together for the trip to Allegany,
TUESDAY: I went to Life Group and then a bunch of us went to the FIELDSTONE for lunch. I had the soup and salad bar. Then I had a chiropractic appointment. Came home and did a load of laundry and worked on getting ready for the Allegany trip.
