Corn casserole recipe (two)
1 can whole kernel corn, 1 can creamed corn, 1 stick margarine (softened), 1 box Jiffy corn muffin mix, 1 egg, 8 oz light sour cream. Partially drain corn. Mix together and bake at 350 for 45-50 minutes (1 1/2 hrs for double recipe).
can (15 oz) whole kernel corn, drained
1 can (15 oz) creamed corn
1 cup sour cream
1/2 cup melted butter
Directions
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
In a medium-sized mixing bowl, combine the whole kernel corn, creamed corn, sour cream, and melted butter.
Stir the ingredients together until well blended.
Pour the mixture into a greased 9x9 inch baking dish.
Bake for 45-50 minutes, or until the top is golden brown and the casserole is set.
Let it cool for a few minutes before serving.
