E. Jean Carroll

Bill of Attainer in the New York Legislature that said for one year, there is no statute of limitations

a woman who supposedly was assaulted many years ago but said nothing until Trump decided to run again. She has no idea even what year it was, and any woman who’s been through something like that knows exactly when and where. Even “date rape” victims know the day, month, and year even if they can’t remember the event.

Even worse, you have her story taken straight out of an episode of “Law and Order.” That’s right down to the name of the store she claims she was in. All of that came directly from that TV show episode. That’s way outside of the bounds of mere coincidence.

After the Duke lacrosse case all but the most ardent feminists now admit that women lie, something the rest of us have known forever. They don’t always tell the truth and they shouldn’t always be believed. Crystal Mangum made up the entire story and tried to ruin the lives of those young men until the lie blew up in her face, and she was forced to admit that she tried to frame them.

I personally cannot believe anything Carroll said for the above reasons. The entire story reeks of bullshit. Trump in a department store all alone and he goes into the changing room with a woman and “diddles” her? No one heard anything? No one saw him? No one recognized him? Give me a break. That other people believe it doesn’t surprise me as they also believe that men can be women and that Trump colluded with Russia.

She doesn't say she was forced into the dressing room. The Governor of NY conveniently gave one year for the statute of limitations on sexual assault to be put aside. There is the 8th Amendment of the constitution look it up. The fines are excessive for a woman who said on CNN ‘rape is sexy’.

She charged Trump with sexual assault but couldn’t remember what year or month it occurred or what she was wearing and expected everyone to believe he walked into a women’s dressing room in a popular department store in the middle of the afternoon with no one else around

 could not recall the year

said she recalled the dress, but that dress was not made then    Roberta Kaplan, a lawyer from Carroll with the firm Kaplan Hecker & Fink, had a lab test her client’s black Donna Karan jacket dress, as well as patent leather heels from Barney’s New York. Those results show that four or more people, at least one of whom was male, contributed to the DNA found on the sleeves.

almost all of her stories, even about the Bergendorf Department Store, was the exact plot of a LAW and ORDER episode.

funded by Reed Hoffman?  who is Reed Hoffman?

Survivors of sexual assault and advocates helped pass the Adult Survivors Act in New York that was instrumental to Carroll’s civil case. They hope more people will file claims under the law, an option that expires in six months

 political weaponization and a "witch hunt". [1, 2, 3]
Key Republican Complaints and Arguments

  • Political Weaponization and Lawfare: Figures like Vivek Ramaswamy and other prominent allies have argued that the civil lawsuits are part of a coordinated effort by political opponents to damage Donald Trump financially and politically during his campaigns.
  • Outside Financial Backing: Critics and Trump's defense have raised concerns regarding outside funding for E. Jean Carroll's legal expenses, pointing to support tied to Democratic donors (such as through non-profit entities) as evidence of a partisan motivation behind the litigation.
  • Skepticism of the Verdicts and Damages: Many high-ranking Republicans have echoed Donald Trump’s assertions that the claims are false, viewing the multi-million dollar penalties (including the $83.3 million defamation judgment) as excessive, unjust, and legally vulnerable on appeal.

Fast Fact: E. Jean Carroll never produced any proof of a 30-year-old allegation against Trump and was awarded tens of millions of dollars, Carroll was treated as a beacon for women's rights.
($5 million liability, $83 million defamation – for Trump’s denial calling Carroll a liar)
Meanwhile 23 women launched timely s*xual assault allegations against prominent Democrats, including three against Bill Clinton (including r*pe) and one against Biden - but all cases were either not charged or dismissed. The women in these cases were attacked by Democrats, accused of being partisan props and even 'trailer park trash'
Carroll never produced a police report, a dressing-room witness, or physical evidence from the mid-1990s encounter she claims happened at Bergdorf Goodman in Manhattan. (She couldn't pin down a date, saying it happened in late 1995 or early 1996)
A civil jury in that same city still found Donald Trump liable for s*xual abuse - not r*pe - and later hit him with tens of millions more in defamation damages.
President Trump denies it all saying, “She’s not my type.” He has called the story a hoax from the start.
Carroll has a history of accusing men of crimes, in fact in her book, she includes a “Most Hideous Men of My Life” list of about 21 names that she claims either r*ped, sexually assaulted her, groped her, abused her at age 12, and physically abused her, including choking. (allegations)
Fast Facts:
➡️She had also said 'r*pe is sexy' while on Anderson Cooper in 2019, prompting him to take a commercial break.
➡️A 2012 Law & Order: SVU episode, includes a character describing a role-play fantasy of bursting into a Bergdorf Goodman lingerie dressing room. Carroll called it an “astonishing” coincidence.
➡️A 2017 email from Carol Martin spoke of needing to “scheme” and “do our patriotic duty.”
➡️LinkedIn co-founder and Democratic donor Reid Hoffman funded her lawyers, but in an October 2022 deposition she said no one else was paying her legal fees.
🔵Bill Clinton:
🔺️Paula Jones, Little Rock, Arkansas.
➡️On May 8, 1991, Jones, then a state employee, said Gov. Bill Clinton had her brought to a suite at the Excelsior Hotel, exposed himself, and asked for oral s*x.
➡️She sued on May 6, 1994.
➡️A judge dismissed the case for lack of damage.
➡️While the appeal was pending, Clinton paid $850,000 on Nov. 13, 1998, with no admission of wrongdoing and no apology.
➡️Democrats spent years calling Jones trailer-park trash. Clinton kept the White House.
🔺️Juanita Broaddrick, Arkansas.
➡️She said then-Attorney General Bill Clinton r*ped her in a Little Rock hotel room on April 25, 1978, and bit her lip.
➡️Clinton’s lawyer David Kendall called any assault allegation “absolutely false.”
➡️Independent counsel Ken Starr did not charge Clinton. No civil verdict.
➡️The national press treated her as a partisan prop.
🔺️Kathleen Willey, Washington, D.C.
➡️She said President Clinton groped her in the White House on Nov. 29, 1993, after she asked for a job following her husband’s suicide.
➡️She went public on 60 Minutes on March 15, 1998.
➡️Starr’s office did not charge Clinton
➡️Clinton denied it. No jury.
🔵Joe Biden"
🔺️Tara Reade, Washington, D.C.,
➡️Former Biden Senate aide, she said in 2020 that then-Sen. Joe Biden pushed her against a wall in a Senate building in 1993, reached under her skirt, and penetrated her with his fingers.
➡️Biden denied it.
➡️Reade filed a police report in 2020
➡️No lawsuit against Biden, no settlement, no trial.
➡️Many of the same voices who said “believe women” in 2017 said Reade was lying.
🔺️Leeann Tweeden and seven other women,2006 USO tour and later.
➡️Tweeden said Sen. Al Franken, D-Minn., forced a kiss during a 2006 rehearsal and later posed for a photo grabbing her breasts while she slept.
➡️Franken apologized for the photo, denied the kiss as she described it, and resigned in December 2017
➡️The Senate ethics inquiry never finished. No criminal case.
🔵Eleven women in the 2021 New York attorney general report on Andrew Cuomo, Albany and New York City.
🔺️Accusers included Lindsey Boylan and Brittany Commisso.
➡️The AG report said Cuomo s*xually harassed them.
➡️He resigned in August 2021, denied groping, and called the probe political.
➡️Local prosecutors did not bring criminal charges.
➡️The state later paid settlements, including $450,000 to Commisso in 2025, with no admission of wrongdoing.
➡️A Justice Department civil review later said he harassed 13 state employees.

If a civil jury in Manhattan can price 30-year-old accusation at tens of millions with no proof, why did Paula Jones, Juanita Broaddrick, and Tara Reade never get the same hearing, acceptance or positive press from the courts and mainstream media?

Jimmy Kimmel says that his interview with James Talarico will not air on TV after the FCC threatened his show, ABC, and local stations.

The left is claiming this is censorship.
The right is claiming ABC did not want to obey the equal time rule by also airing an interview with the GOP
