Add oats and any desired add-ins (like blueberries or chocolate chips). Mix well. Pour into a greased waffle iron or muffin tin. Cook/bake until done ( timings may vary depending on your waffle iron or oven). That's it! Enjoy your healthy and yummy muffins. I made a couple of changes: I added a tbsp of brown Sugar, a half cup of Biquick and raisins.
