FRIDAY OCTOBER TENTH 2025 (Leaving ASP)

We all got up early today and started packing up.  I think both Leslie and Maggie had a head start on me.  I think it was a little after ten when the cars were both packed up.  Leslie took a couple pictures of Maggie and I standing on the front porch of our cottage.  Maggie took the wheel and I took the map and we drove north through toe park into Salamanca.  We took back roads for a while until we got to 219, which took us north to 20 and 78.  We stopped at Maggie's favorite hot dog place (I think maybe in Lancaster) and had hot dogs, fries, onion rings and drinks.

October 1, 2025 through October 4th, 2025

Oct. 1 (Wednesday).  I had my appointment with Dr. Kurbs this morning, and then I called Pam and she agreed to meet me at the Y so we could walk.  We walked at least a half hour, maybe forty minutes and had a nice visit.  Before going home, I picked up a drink at Panera's and then lunch at the Subway on Robinson Road.  The Subway I usually go to has disappeared!  It must have closed when I was on the cruise, and their former space has been taken over by another business.  I spent the rest of the day at home.  I called Dee Mann and we talked for a while.  She is looking for an Alaskan cruise for she and I to go on together.  I am not one hundred percent sure that this is what I want, so I will have to wait and see what she comes up with.  I made a potato salad in the evening, and had that with my leftover fish from yesterday.   October 2nd:  I spent the entire day at home.  I worked on my Flickr account, my Alask...
